My Interest Finder will help you find out what your interests are and how they relate to job activities.

By identifying jobs with activities similar to your interests, My Interest Finder helps you identify occupations you might want to explore.

My Interest Finder asks multiple-choice questions about activities you might perform at work. Read each question carefully and decide if you would like to do the work activity.

It will take you 30 minutes to an hour to answer all of the questions.

As you make your choices on My Interest Finder, don't think about whether you have enough education or training to perform the activity or how much money you would make performing the activity. Simply think about whether you would like or dislike doing this work.
